J & B Simply Clean, established in November of 2013, is a family owned and operated business with simple ideals: quality results, superior customer care, punctuality and most importantly, customer satisfaction.

Both Jake and Brooke-Lynn were raised in Colorado. Brooke-Lynn was born in Illinois but spent the majority of her life in the Westminster area. Jake was born and raised in Longmont.

During the Colorado floods in September of 2013, Jake was working for a restoration company in Lyons, CO and, while there, became very familiar with the equipment and procedures used in the carpet cleaning and mitigation fields. Asked to relocate for Brooke-Lynn’s career, they moved to Austin, TX in October of 2013. This is where it all began. J & B Simply Clean Carpets came to fruition and spent the next 4 years serving the Austin area.

With a growing family, including sons Spencer and Conner, their desire to be back home in the state of Colorado was undeniable. Now, J & B has brought its knowledge, experience, and drive to please its customers to the great state of Colorado, and is ready to provide a multitude of quality services to its northern residents.

Jake Killingbeck President / CEO

Jake was born and raised in Longmont, CO and graduated from Longmont High school in 2005. After high school, he spent several years working in machine shops and various positions in the service industry while attending college classes. Everything changed when he accepted a bartending position in Denver and met his future wife, Brooke-Lynn. After spending 6 years as a bartender, Jake and Brooke-Lynn married and it was time for him to embark on a new career path. With some guidance and training, J & B Simply Clean came to life.

Brooke-lynn Killingbeck Vice President

Brooke-Lynn spent the majority of her life in the Westminster area. She graduated from Legacy High School in 2003 and went on to obtain multiple degrees from Metro State University and the University of Denver. During her schooling, she spent time as a cocktail waitress where she met Jake. As time went on she progressed through her desired career path and is now a Director of Events for an international education company. Together, Jake and Brooke-Lynn have two sons: Spencer and Connor.
